About Tender Journey

Family-led care for the place we call home.

Tender Journey began with a simple conviction: rural families deserve dependable, personal support close to home.

Our story 01

Care created for an unmet need.

Across Yuma, Washington, and Kit Carson Counties, families often face too few options when an older loved one needs help at home.

Jill and Tori founded Tender Journey to help close that gap. As a mother-in-law and daughter-in-law team—and as caregivers themselves—they are building a company where decisions stay close to the people being served.

We listen first, honor personal routines, and approach every home with humility. Our care is centered on dignity, relationships, and the freedom to keep living life on familiar terms.

Two generations. One shared purpose.

The heart behind Tender Journey.
